77a Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 77a ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 77a website, mobile interface, betting services, casino games, and all related features available at https://77a.bio. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or using any service provided by 77a. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

By accessing the 77a platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. • You must register only one account per person. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.

77a reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, or address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or termination and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

77a supports deposits and withdrawals via leading Bangladeshi payment methods. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotional offer. 77a does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Accepted payment methods currently include the following, subject to availability at the time of your transaction:

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. 77a aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours of a verified request. Withdrawals may be delayed where KYC documentation is outstanding or where a transaction is flagged for fraud review. 77a reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending resolution of any identified compliance concern.

77a is committed to providing a fair and honest gaming environment. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in further legal action where warranted:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other software designed to provide an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament on the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes in the platform to gain an unintended advantage. Any winnings derived from a technical error must be reported immediately and will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent transactions, or using the platform to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Registering an account as a Prohibited Player, including registering while self-excluded or while below the minimum age of 21.

77a uses industry-standard fraud detection systems to monitor all activity on the platform. Where unusual or suspicious behaviour is detected, 77a may temporarily suspend a player's account pending investigation. 77a's decisions regarding prohibited conduct are final and binding.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77a shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform or any service provided therein. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

77a makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. While 77a takes reasonable steps to ensure platform reliability and security, temporary outages, maintenance periods, and technical issues may arise from time to time. 77a will not be liable for any losses incurred during such periods provided that reasonable notice is given where practicable.

77a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, 77a will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active players via the platform or via the registered account email address. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must cease use of the platform immediately.
